Channel run by founders who is Khmer and responsible by it operators who volunteer working to keep channel safe. Safe in #Cambodia mean no annoying, no flooding, no sexual language, room must suit for all ages. Our user are ages from 9 to 100 years old. One of our operator is a robot, a computer program who dealing with some case we program it to deal with. because it's a bot, it can not judge better than human, it's may make mistake but however we need this robot to make sure we protected most of the accident. Operators as we mention is a group of dedicated user who working to keep channel clean as much as they can. doesn't mean they can deal with everything 100% accurate, mistake can be made, and if operator abuse user can complain by send email with log and time to abuse@uirc.net.
