Since everyone want to be an operator of #Cambodia here is the tips.
You will need to have a username in www.khmer.ws and complete 500 posts in http://forum.khmer.ws for any topic.
At least become the website member for 3 months.
Make 300 posts in http://forum.uirc.net
At least register a nick in uIRC.net server for 6 months.
Never have record of flooding/flood repeat or swearing.
If any nick cheat we will ban them for life from getting an access.
Note
User will first get temporary member for 3 months in this stage user will not get any access status.
If during the 3 months user make enough progress (report founder or SOP or post in forum about many problem found in channel or operator abuse may give more chance) user will get promote to UOP.
UOP have to wait for 6 months to have chance to get yourself elected to be an VOP (only if operators vote for you)
VOP wait at least 6 months to have chance to get vote to HOP.
During the waiting time if any operator abuse any channel or network rules user will get remove from access list without warning.

Operator is represent for uIRC Network, Khmer Website, Cambodia Forum and Manich Enterprise, not everyone we selected.
Staff of Khmer Website, Cambodia Forum and Manich Enterprise is automatic selected as an operator.
We select staff is not based on your Education level, your online time, you knowledge of IRC Commands.
We select staff based on how much devote to the network and it business.
If you plan to get operator access for just show off or kick someone who dislike, you won't get it.
Website owner who have more than 1,000,000 hits/month also can request an operator access too start from VOP and at highest HOP.
Note: Manich Enterprise is registered trademark with ministry of Commerce and protected by Royal Goverment.
