Dear IRC admin,

I have problem to connect to IRC from this IP 137.151.119.127 or 137.151.xxx.xxx

Here is a messager error via MIRC "* Unable to connect to server (software caused connection abort)"

and here via www.everyday.com.kh "Unable to connect : java.net.ConnectException : Connection timed out: connect"
